Rooted in place but always in motion, my work traces the quiet, emotional terrain of the landscapes I live within. Working instinctively across painting, drawing, and observational study, I respond to bushland as something sentient and continuously changing — a living ecology that shapes, shelters, and challenges us.

My practice is slow, attentive, and grounded in the rhythms of being off-grid. I return to the same paths, trees, and shifts of light, not to document them literally, but to honour the subtle transformations that happen in the space between seeing and feeling. The land becomes a companion rather than a subject; the work, a way of listening.

Colour moves between soft atmospheres and more vivid intensities, reflecting the mood of the day, the season, or my own neurodivergent, intuitive way of processing the world. I don’t seek to impose a singular style — instead, I allow each work to evolve as it needs to, led by sensitivity, curiosity, and quiet observation.

Ultimately, my landscapes are invitations: to notice, to care, and to reconnect with the fragile ecosystems that hold our lives. They are not warnings or statements of crisis, but gestures of hope — reminders that emotional connection is what drives us to protect the places we call home.
